Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 55bmw1 website, mobile web platform, games, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). 55bmw1 supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All financial transactions on 55bmw1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to payment method-specific minimums).
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 55bmw1 reserves the right to reverse deposits and refund to the originating payment method if the source cannot be verified.

Withdrawals:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals of amounts above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within a 24-hour period are subject to enhanced identity verification.
• 55bmw1 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 55bmw1 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed any required verification steps.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule applies.

Where 55bmw1 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55bmw1 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 55bmw1 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or active investigations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of 55bmw1 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
